Most first appointments occur within 1-2 weeks for first call to the clinic.

Milestones Therapy will provide a phone screening consult with a therapist best suited for the concern area. Based on this conversation, the therapist can help you decide if an evaluation is warranted or it if is best to start with an in person screening.

Yes! Payments are expected in each calendar month and are based on balances. Guidelines are outlined in the financial policy when first beginning therapy at Milestones.

The No Surprise Act protects patients from unexpected medical costs related to using an Out-of-Network Provider, and/or your insurance plan does not cover the services you are seeking, and/or you do not have insurance coverage.

It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider to understand your deductibles, co-pays, insurances, and covered and non-covered services; however, please discuss your insurance coverage or non-coverage when initiating services so that our front office can help you understand costs up front. If you are self-pay due to non-coverage or choosing to use Milestones as an Out-of-Network Provider, our office MUST provided you with an estimated cost of services.
