  • Do you accept my insurance?
    Milestones Therapy is an in-network provider for the following: Blue Cross Blue Shield Sanford Health Plan Medicaid of ND Cigna United Healthcare Aetna Medica Medicare Part B Humana Participating Provider for Tricare
  • When would my first appointment be?
    Most first appointments occur within 1-2 weeks for first call to the clinic.
  • Are Free Screenings Available?
    Yes! Milestones Therapy will provide free screenings upon request.
  • Do you have payment plans?
    Yes! Payments are expected in each calendar month and are based on balances. Guidelines are outlined in the financial policy when first beginning therapy at Milestones.
  • What is the NO SURPISE ACT in regards to no insurance coverage or use of an out-of-network provider?
    The No Surprise Act protects patients from unexpected medical costs related to using an Out-of-Network Provider, and/or your insurance plan does not cover the services you are seeking, and/or you do not have insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider to understand your deductibles, co-pays, insurances, and covered and non-covered services; however, please discuss your insurance coverage or non-coverage when initiating services so that our front office can help you understand costs up front. If you are self-pay due to non-coverage or choosing to use Milestones as an Out-of-Network Provider, our office MUST provided you with an estimated cost of services.
